Electricity, air conditioning, heating, water, linen service (bed & bath) and standard cleaning are included in the rental price. A deposit of 25% of the rental price is required at the time of booking. Your 25% deposit is refundable up until 8 weeks in advance of the booking. Four weeks prior to the rental period, payment of balance of rental plus the security deposit (500 Euros) is due in full.  The security deposit will be refunded after our local agents have completed a visit to the property. An end of stay surcharge of 200 Euros may be deducted from your security deposit if the house is not left in reasonably clean condition.

We strongly recommend you consider Travel Insurance in case your plans change unexpectedly.

Weekly rentals run from 5 p.m. Saturday to 11 a.m. the next Saturday unless otherwise arranged.
